What data is collected

Through the request form: your name, phone number / WhatsApp, email address (if given), the type of task, the selected budget and the text of the message.

Automatically: the IP address when a request is sent. If analytics is connected to the site (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics), it may use cookies and collect anonymised data about visits.

Why this is needed

The data is used to answer your request, discuss the project, give the cost and timing and contact you. It is not sold and is not used for mailings without your consent.

Where the data is stored

Requests are saved in a database on the site server. For a quick reply, a notification about a new request may be passed to the operator through the Telegram messenger.

How long the data is stored

Until the purpose of processing is achieved (answering the request and discussing the project) or until consent is withdrawn. If you become a client, the data may be kept as long as is needed to carry out the work and for record keeping.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to processing. To do so, write on WhatsApp — the data will be deleted or corrected within a reasonable time.
